By default, your VoiceWave system is set to accept calls in the instance you enable the Answering Machine feature. To disable this function:
Exit the Call Center by clicking on Admin. A screen may appear asking "You are about to pause calling. Do you wish to continue?" Click Yes. Please note: A paused message job can be resumed by clicking back on the Call Center tab.
Click the Configure Phone Lines icon.
Disable Line may answer when not making calls for each desired phone line.
When finished, click OK.
