Purchase a Studio Session

I would like to purchase a Studio Session for my PhoneTree system. What is included? Do I need to purchase more than one?

Each Studio Session includes one recording request per application (e.g., Appointments, Recalls, Collections). This applies to complete or partial recordings of the main message and/or message elements (e.g., Provider, Location, Appointment Type). For Flexible Applications, English and Spanish languages are included with each session. For Basic Applications (e.g., Recalls, Collections, Birthdays), only one language (English or Spanish) per session is included.

Note: This service is only for PhoneTree systems using recordings performed by PhoneTree voice-over talent.
