Note: If you need to begin the job, you will need to resave the data file.
- Within the Call Center, click Pause. This will allow the current call to be completed before the job is paused.
- Once the job has been paused, you will automatically be placed on the Patient List Tab. Right-click anywhere in the gray area of the Patient List tab.
- Select Show Call Status from the menu.
- Select the job to cancel and click Stop.
- Click Yes to stop calls. The calling job will no longer appear in the active Call Status screen.
- Click OK to exit.
- Click the Call Center tab to return the software to live mode.
- When prompted to click yes or no to enter Call Center, click Yes.
