HealthWave: Stopping a Call Job

  1. Within the Call Center, click Pause. This will allow the current call to be completed before the job is paused.
  2. Once the job has been paused, you will automatically be placed on the Patient List Tab. Right-click anywhere in the gray area of the Patient List tab.
  3. Select Show Call Status from the menu.
  4. Select the job to cancel and click Stop.
  5. Click Yes to stop calls. The calling job will no longer appear in the active Call Status screen.
  6. Click OK to exit.
  7. Click the Call Center tab to return the software to live mode.
  8. When prompted to click yes or no to enter Call Center, click Yes.
Note: If you need to begin the job, you will need to resave the data file.
