Changing My File Path and/or File Name

The Start Button/Batch Mode feature stores the location path(s) for where PhoneTree acquires your practice management data file(s) for each call job(s).
  1. From the top menu, click Configure
  2. Select Start Button/Batch Mode
  3. Select an item to edit and click Edit
  4. Update the path and/or file name in the File to read text box
  5. Click Update and then OK
Note: Unless your data file(s) has a change to its name or path location, this setting should not require any adjustments to be made for most systems.
