PhoneTree (VoiceWave) Premium: Stop a Message Job

Important: Stopping an active message job will only affect phone messages, whereas FreeText�™ and email messages (if applicable) are sent immediately after launch.

To stop a message job currently being placed:
  1. Exit the Call Center by clicking on Tools. A screen may appear asking "You are about to pause calling. Do you wish to continue?" Click Yes. Please note: Paused message jobs can be resumed by clicking back on the Call Center tab.
  2. Click the Show Call Status icon.
  3. From the list of active PhoneTrees, select the desired PhoneTree, and then click Stop.
  4. When finished, click OK.
