By default, your PhoneTree Premium system is set to accept calls in the instance you enable the Answering Machine or InfoLine features. To disable this function:
- Exit the Call Center by clicking on Admin. A screen may appear asking "You are about to pause calling. Do you wish to continue?" Click Yes. Please note: Paused message jobs can be resumed by clicking back on the Call Center tab.
- Click the Configure Phone Lines icon.
- Disable Line may answer when not making calls for each desired phone line.
- When finished, click OK.
