HealthWave: Change My Call Times/Days

To change the Call Times/Days that were originally set during your initial installation, follow these steps:

Flexible Applications: Options:
  1. Exit the Call Center by clicking on Configure (Note: If calls are currently being placed, HealthWave will wait for those calls to finish before exiting the Call Center).
  2. Click the Applications icon, and then select the desired application from the drop-down menu.
  3. After the Appointment Options Wizard opens, click Next twice.
  4. A message will appear, stating "File not found ." Click Continue. Then, continue clicking Next until you reach the Call Delivery Options screen. Select Custom and then click Configure options.
  5. Select the days of the week HealthWave can place calls on by clicking the corresponding box for each desired day. Deselect the box to prevent calls from being placed on that day. To change the Don't call before and Don't call after times, click on the time field and use the pop-up box that appears to change the hours and minutes. To vary these times for each day, enable Allow different times for each day.Important: When adjusting the time window, please keep in mind as to when HealthWave is scheduled to import your data file. This will help ensure that once the data file has been imported, there will be enough time to complete the call job. When finished, click Next twice. Then, click Finish.
  6. Back on the Call Delivery Options screen, continue clicking Next until the Congratulations screen appears. Click Finish to save your changes and exit the wizard.
  7. Relaunch the Call Center by clicking on Call Center from any HealthWave desktop view.
Basic Applications:
  1. Exit the Call Center by clicking on Configure (Note: If calls are currently being placed, HealthWave will wait for those calls to finish before exiting the Call Center).
  2. Click the Basic Applications icon.
  3. After the Basic Applications Wizard opens, select Edit Application and then select the desired Application from the drop-down menu. Click Next twice.
  4. A message stating, "Custom Import: was missing!" will appear. Click OK. Then, continue clicking Next until you reach the Call Delivery Options screen. Select Simple to to only adjust the call times and leave all days enabled. Select Advanced to adjust call times and days. Once you have made your selection, click Configure Options.

    Simple: To change the Don't call before and Don't call after times, click on the time field and use the pop-up box that appears to change the hours and minutes. Important: When adjusting the time window, please keep in mind as to when HealthWave is scheduled to import your data file. This will help ensure that once the data file has been imported, there will be enough time to complete the call job.

    Advanced: Select the days of the week HealthWave can place calls on by clicking the corresponding box. Deselect the box to prevent calls from being placed on that day. To change the Don't call before and Don't call after times, click on the actual time field and use the pop-up box that appears to change the hours and minutes. To vary these times for each day, enable Allow different times for each day.   5. When finished, click Next twice. Then, click Finish. Now back on the Call Delivery Options screen, continue clicking Next until the Congratulations screen appears. Click Finish to save your changes and exit the wizard.
  6. Relaunch the Call Center by clicking on Call Center from any HealthWave desktop view.
